In a pleading asserting that the opposing party has not fulfilled an obligation to provide documentation in the case: "Fullstendig korrespondanse provoseres fremlagt."

In American legal practice, this would concern the production of evidence in pre-trial discovery. The first request would be styled formally as a "Request for Production". But the context here is a follow-up demand. Would you use "request", "demand" or something else, and why? "Provoke" just won't cut it in English here. :-)

I suspect that in your document, the defendants are requesting full copies of the correspondence that the investors had with their financial advisers or the administrators of their funds?
