The right of exception has been complied with Explanation: This has to do with a debtor's right to exclude certain property and income from attempts by the debtholder to obtain satisfaction by attaching the debtor's property. See the first link for a translation of part of dekningsloven (the Norwegian Creditors Recovery Act of 1984). "Right of exception" is used in translating "unntaksretten" at § 2-1 of the Act.
