Law (general) / Query related to document registering name change
Norwegian term or phrase: NAVME
The document I'm looking at is a form detailing a person's various name changes. It's produced by the Norwegian tax office. There are various headings such as name, date of change, reason etc. The answer given for "reason" is "NAVME" (in caps). I'm assuming this may be an abbreviation for something like "melding om navnendring". Can anyone confirm this?
