[disability benefit] re-assessment (BE and CanE) Explanation: I reckon Sven's answer is all-purpose, though this might be a case where the target-audience - US, Can., UK or rest of Brit. Commonwealth etc. - could be critical for the right term. Distinguish different types of review: 1. 're-assessable' UK STATE disability benefit; 2. 'reviewable' provisional damages awarded on account by a UK COURT to a needy victim; 3. a '(rarely) re-openable' structured settlement - i.e. post-settlement - awarded again by the court in a personal injury case, based on an annuity yield investment but taking state benefits into a/c. The re-opening could in the UK be labelled a 'post-settlement'.
