In, I wasn't referring to " taxes and liabilities." I was referring to loans or other debts that were payable (and not paid). In other words, liabilities or payables.

I think the term is specific to gjeld/debt (Tax Return 1028B for corporations).
amounts payable may refer to both taxes and liabilities...

By the way, I find it strange that there is no translation, official or unofficial, of this document by skattetaten or Altinn. You'd think it would be relevant by now?
