Etterbetaling; etterbetale Top-up payment; pay a top-up Explanation: I'm unsure what Chris/tine S. is agreeing with but, being in a UK 'etter-ikke-betaling' state pension predicament myself, think - or guess- in American that there is a third 'top-up' or 'supplement' way of looking at the matter.
