I am guessing, but I think this means sufficient, i.e. that the valves are tight when closed.

From googling, it looks as if it might be more correct to write ´no insufficiency´ in English. ´Sufficiency´ as such seems to refer to other senses of the word.

There is a condition called Aortic insufficiency (AI)
