Det de ikke vet er at når nyrene stadig vekk blir dyiter fulle av masse vitaminer og mineraler som skal skylles ut, kan det skapes en ubalance i kroppen.

Explanation:
What they don´t know is that when the kidneys are often stuffed with lots of vitamins and minerals that are to be washed out, an unbalance can be created in the body.

The word dyiter is probably misspelled and it should be dytter =stuff.

Good luck !

dytter

Explanation:
Waht they don't know is that when the kidneys are often plugged with lots of minerals and minerals that need up to be flushed out, an imbalance in the body can occur.

Dytter (sp)= stop (up), plug, block up (fx a hole).

NB = Imbalance not unbalance
