It's not the tv interview that is broadcasted on the day of the prize-giving ceremony. This event takes place the following day. Despite several attempts, I found not one reference in English to this on the Norwegian Nobel Committee's home page.

Explanation:
As you mentioned, no official title for this so far it seems and also low coverage in articles. However, a series of Nobel Conversations between laureates in science are held by Imperial on occasions. See link two.
