little child, things are looking up Explanation: If this is Norwegian, it's 100+ years old - back when Norwegian and Danish were much closer. "Peter har den green saa kjær" gives it away - all living Norwegian would say "Peter har grenen saa kjær" (50 years back) or "Peter er så glad i grenen" (today). |
