Norwegian term or phrase: Svargruppe
This seems to relate to switchboards, call centres, routing of inbound calls, and crops up all over the place but without much context. What precisely is a "Svargruppe"?

Explanation:
I know this is the same as Jeffrey, but I am supplying references.
It seems as if Micro$oft's Lync application is widely used in call centres.
I consider MADN is specific to its user area and "(assigned) answer group" applies to setting up questionnaires.
