Norwegian term or phrase: sprutformede
BX-modellen med sprutformede bifokale polykarbonatlinser i 3 styrker.
BX model with splash shaped bifocal polycarbonate lenses in 3 strengths.

"Splash shaped" doesn't make a whole lot of sense, now that I look at this. There is a question as to whether it's a typo, maybe they mean "sprutbeskyttende" (splash protective, or something like it). Can anyone help out with this? This is from a catalog for personal protective equipment.

spray-shaped

Explanation:
Not so much splash as spray. Suspect this was originally an English text, as sprutformede gets zero other G-hits. Sprayformede gets a few, but hardly relevant. If you look at the reference, or other hits for spray-shaped, you might find yourself on the right track.
