Norwegian term or phrase: nordlending
This is a tourist brochure for fishermen's cabins (rorbuer) in Lofoten. There is a main building where guests can "hvor du kan sitte i badekåpen å nyte en kald ”Nordlending….” " (yes, "Norlending" is capitalised and placed in quotation marks in the text).

At first I thought this might refer to a local beer, but no hits for that. Is it a potent drink combination? I presume (and hope) it does not refer to a member of the local human species....!

Explanation:
Jupp, you are quite right. It is a beer from Tromsø's Mack brewery.
The name of the beer is in the definite form, which may be why you got no hits. And did they really write "...badekåpen å nyte..."? It should of course be "....badekåpen og nyte....." :-)

during an evning walk with a friend we came up with "Norlandspils", but this is even closer. I probably failed getting hits because I searched for "nordlending" (indefinite article). Thanks, David.
