Polish to English translations [PRO]
Art/Literary - Economics / Political opinion article written in Polish in 1906 by Rosa Luxemburg
Polish term or phrase: wykazały się, jako
Original: Takie środki dla ratowania rzemiosł i drobnego handlu wykazały się, jako szalbierstwo zagranicą już od dawna.

My translation: These means of saving crafts and small trades have shown themselves to be the same trickery already practiced abroad for many years.

I am unsure of the exact grammatical nuance of the original Polish. Any suggestions for how to more accurately convey this in English would be much appreciated.
