Polish term or phrase: bryła
Nowoczesna forma brył modelu doskonale koresponduje z oczekiwaniami tych spośród Państwa, którzy szukają przestronności i miękkości kształtów wersalki, będącej centrum nowocześnie urządzonego wnętrza.

Doe anyone have any other ideas besides form / shape ?

mass

Explanation:
Nowoczesna forma brył modelu ... = The modern shape of masses composing this sofa/couch model...
My suggestion for the designer newspeak.
Or you may just skip this word, then: The modern shapes composing this sofa/couch model... etc.

outline

Explanation:
As far as the design element is concerned, outline could be used - in Polish it clearly refers to architectural design (not quite correctly, I would say).

If the physical form is described, "body" might be a better choice (as opposed to headrests).

Still, I agree that it would be best to simplify the text as much as possible and do away with "bryła" altogether.
