transported or non-transported goods Explanation: Based on the link below cccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccc Miejsce dostawy towarów - Supply of Goods: dostawa \"ruchoma\" - dostawa \"nieruchomowa\" - Transported or non-Transported Goods http://www.bdo-doradztwo.pl/_parse_trainings.php -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 49 mins (2015-06-21 12:41:15 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- W konsekwencji, tylko dla dostawy, której przyporządkowana będzie wysyłka (transport), określać można miejsce świadczenia w oparciu o art. 22 ust. 1 pkt 1 ustawy o VAT. |

Reference: Implementing the ‘destination principle’ to intra-EU B2B supplies of goods Reference information: Since 1967, the EU has been committed to a system of VAT based on the principle of taxation in the Member State of origin. However, under the current arrangements for taxation of trade between Member States put in place in 1993, most transactions in goods are taxed at the destination. These arrangements are transitional and the intention had been to replace them with definitive arrangements based on the origin principle. - https://goo.gl/YXcwtP - page 3 |
