W każdym razie dla mnie kiszka była i jest synonimem kaszanki - co wiem od mojej babci, która mieszkała w mieście Łodzi. Kilka stron w internecie potwierdza moje informacje. IMO bardzo prawdopodobne, że i w Warszawie, i w Białymstoku wyraz "kiszkarnia" oznaczał dział rzeźni wytwarzający kaszankę - bo dlaczego taki dział miałby się mieścić w innym miejscu, poza rzeźnią? |
