Polish term or phrase: wz.
I'm translating labels for museum exhibits - antique guns, swords etc. The "wz." refers to when a model or prototype of a particular item was designed. It's mainly given as a year (e.g. 1777), but occasionally in another format (e.g. 98/29). This is then followed by a precise or estimated year of manufacture. Is there a standard abbreviation to denote the prototype?
