Czesto tlumaczone jako "index card" - np jak w bibliotekach, ale mi to nie pasuje, rowniez jako "note", ale wydaje mi sie, ze jest niewystarczajace, pomyslalam, ze w danym kontekscie "instruction note" pasuje???

I think geopiet's pick slip would be fine for one part of the action described, but if combined with another phrase it would be a bit too long, so I went for "warehouse instruction note" which is general enough to cover a multitude of sins. Thanks for your contribution, it was helpful in my thought processes
