it depends Explanation: To chyba więcej niż ogarnia jedno pytanie ale ok, fakt, z tym jest pewien problem. elevation to dla mnie wysokość bezwzględna, czyli w odniesieniu do poziomu morza - height above the sea level altitude - wysokość w danym miejscu w odniesieniu do ziemi - to może być równie dobrze ponad/poniżej poziomu morza. Zależy od ukształtowania terenu. Wysokość satelity to jedyna rzecz, do której bym tu odniósł altitude wysokość zestawu – height of device (odnośnie rozmiarów samego urządzenia) Cała reszta zależy od tego co jest mierzone. Wysokość pomiędzy odbiornikami - brak kontekstu. Jeśli chodzi o różnicę w pionie między dwoma urządzeniami, dałbym height difference – np. dwa metry odchylenie standardowe - standard deviation - zwykle w odniesieniu do elevation jeśli rozchodzi się o badania geodezyjne.
