I agree with Krystian that spectrum is enough. However, if you want to have two words you can use spectral profile. If you know the kind of spectrum you have, then you can say:
absorption spectrum
photoluminescence spectrum
emission spectrum
line spectrum (if separate lines)
fluorescence spectrum
etc.
