Tutaj chodzi o to (potwierdź w miarę możliwości), że dla emisji akcji emitent otrzymuje od jakiejs instytucji (banku) gwarancję, że wykupi ona akcje (ich część) po cenie nominalnej w razie problemów z ich zbyciem przez tegoż emitenta .

Übernahmegarantie ew. Underwriting (auf gut deutsch ;)

Jest jeszcze opcja dot. samego Neuasugabe von Aktien. Tu można również użyć Kapitalerhöhung

Trzecia uwaga: Teoretycznie jest jeszcze możliwe użycie słowa Zeichnung zamiast Übernahmegarantie. Ale tylko wtedy, jeżeli gwarancja emisji polega na tym, że gwarant zapisuje się na 100 % akcji i w ten sposób gwarantuje ich zbycie. Mówimy wtedy o "vollständig gezeichnete Kapitalerhöhung/Neuausgabe von Aktien".
