Chcialabym poprosic Was o pomoc przy tlumaczeniu powyzszego terminu, cale zdanie to:
Z uwagi na powyższe Sąd Rejonowy w XX przekazał akta rejestrowe Spółki do Sądu Rejonowego w YY, gdyż zmieniła się właściwość miejscowa Sądu właściwego dla Oddziału Spółki.
