Witam, potrzebuje tłumaczenia tego terminu w następujących zdaniach:

W przypadku, gdy zużycie paliwa liczone na jedną maszynę przekroczy limit... litra/ha, wykonawca pokrywa koszt zwyżki ponad ustalony limit.

Wartość zwyżki liczona jest w następujący sposob: rzeczywiste zużycie paliwa/ha-... l/ha x cena paliwa zakupionego przez Zleceniodawcę.

W tym pierwszym pominęłabym to zupełnie, ale w drugim?

W oryginale występuje "wartość zwyżki" i "koszt zwyżki". Ergo sama zwyżka to nie są Mehrkosten (koszt zwyżki - Kosten der Mehrkosten?), lecz tylko Mehrverbrauch.

Zastąpienie zwyżki Mehrkosten uczyni dokument mało zrozumiałym, bo nie będzie wiadomo, o jakie zwiększone koszty chodzi.

  -> W kontekscie zwyżka została podana w l/ha. Litry na hektar to zużycie, a nie koszty. Koszty będą dopiero, jak pomnoży się różnicę w zużyciu o cenę jednego litra. Wtedy będzie wartość zwyżki (patrz kontekst) w euro/ha. A na razie jest Mehrverbr. w l/ha.
