Rynek olejów przemysłowych charakteryzuje się znacznie większą stabilnością, zmiany następują znacznie wolniej jak na rynku olejów samochodowych.

Может ли jak означать "чем"? По словарям такого значения не нахожу, но если jak в этом предложении означает "как" и т.п., то выходит, что "изменения происходят ... медленнее, как на рынке автомобильных масел". То есть ставится знак равенства, но тогда "медленнее" - с чем сравнение? Дальше в тексте ничего для сравнения не упоминается. А если сравнение с авто-маслами, то это логичнее выглядит.
