Portuguese term or phrase: Créditos Teo. Prá.
I'm translating a student transcript from a Brazilian university, and besides the above term, I am also curious about a couple other terms concerning grades for courses completed:

Créditos Teo. Prá. - what do "teo." and "prá." stand for or mean?

Nota parcial 1 & Nota parcial 2 - do these refer to exam grades during the course, or something?

"Media final" and "Resultado final" (on the same line): Final average and final grade?

Plese search "Theory course credit" for more context
I think it is important to add the word "course"

Example sentence(s):
  • Of the required 6 theory course credits at least 2 of them must be in art history or art theory.
  • The reason why many students have internships, because the school recognized this as a practice course credits
