Gostaria da opinião dos colegas sobre a melhor tradução a ser usada aqui.

No final do Histórico Escolar, após a relação de matérias, notas e carga horária, se lê:

"Base numérica de graus de 0 a 10
Grau mínimo aprovação: 6.0, Frequência mínima: 75% das atividades programadas
Base Conceitual de Graus."

Depois disso a data e assinatura do Gerente de Registros Acadêmicos.
