Portuguese term or phrase: Official Letterhead for Freelancers
Hello everyone. I recently completed some PT>EN diploma/transcript translations for an individual paying me directly. I also provided a certification of accuracy along with my signature.

However, she emailed me saying that the organization requiring the translation told her the following: "Certified translations must be completed and issued on an official letterhead with an official certificate." Does anyone know how a freelancer can go about creating "official letterhead" and an "official certificate"?

Please note, I do not have an LLC. I am a sole proprietor in the United States doing business under my name. Also, I am ATA certified in PT>EN and I have the ATA certification letter with my seal on it that I provide to clients. Would this count as an "official certificate"?

Thank you in advance.
