'Pôs-nos a cavalo, aqui nos cavalos dos campinos'.

This is for subtitles, so an explanation won't do.

For those who don't know, this is a term related with bullfighting. I don't know what to call them, though.
Toureiros = Bullfighters; so what would 'campinos' be called?

I already sent the text with 'bull herders', which isn't wrong either, and I wouldn't have thought to use 'cowboys' because we tend to use this word in English, but after some research with the words 'campinos' and 'cowboys' I came to realise that this seems to be the official term. Thanks Nick. I'll use it in the future.
