Portuguese term or phrase: reenergização e desenergizado,
From the attached context below, I wonder if there is/are better technical translation here than 're-energization' and 'de-energization' ?

Serão estabelecidas condições que não permitam, de modo reconhecidamente garantido, a reenergização do circuito ou equipamento desenergizado, assegurando ao trabalhador o controle do seccionamento.

power up

Explanation:
As a suggestion, depending on your context and the degree of formality you could try something along the lines of "prevent circuits (circuity) and equipment that have been powered down (isolated) from being powered up again". Food for thought...

reactivation and deactivation

Explanation:
That would be more common in English electrical parlance. However, should the root energize be preferred, maybe for fidelity, may I suggest the gerund form re-energizing and de-energizing?eneeergizing

Evaluation Methods of Contamination Flashover Voltage Performance of Semi-conducting Glaze Insulators

(…)However, in most cases of the cold-wet switch-on conditions, time durations without ENERGIZATION are very short as is the case of lightning, and so drying effect by the ENERGIZATION before DE-ENERGIZATION may be remaining to some extent at the time of RE--ENERGIZATION. We had made tests simulating such conditions. Of course, enhanced surface resistances at the time of RE-ENERGIZATION could be confirmed, but, unexpectedly, lower flashover voltages were obtained compared with the values estimated from the conventional relationship between the surface resistance and the minimum flashover voltage. Such results may be explained as follows; By the PRE-ENERGIZATION, dry bands are formed and voltage distribution along the insulator surface becomes very non-uniform, resulting in lower flashover voltages.(…)

Welcome to the International Conference on Power Systems Transients (IPST). This biennial event offers a platform for the exchange of scientific and technical information related to electromagnetic transients in electric power systems. Contributors are sought on all topics related to the study of transient phenomena in electric energy systems. This includes, but is not limited to, computer simulations, transient network analyzer studies, and field measurements.
