agree  Joao Marcelo Trovao: Concordo. Faz sentido e tirei a minha resposta. Stuck seria um travamento não intencional, e o contexto fala em um teste, ou seja, o rotor é travado intencionalmente. Mas ainda prefiro impeller em vez de rotor, por ser mais específico.
