Hi all,

On a document dealing with various licenses for transporting industrial residues, I see the acronym CD, such as here: "O CD possui dispensa de licença ambiental, emitida pela CETESB, n° 32000356, emissão: 27/08/2001. Validade indeterminada." What does CD stand for here?
