Hi all,

On a document dealing with various licenses for transporting industrial residues, I see the phrase "Resp. Condomínio" here: "Documentação entregue ao SEMA aguardando emissão da outorga definitiva (Resp. Condomínio)." What could "resp" mean here? Is it referring to "responsabilidade"? Liability of the condominium?
