Reports sounds like US usage, never heard of it in this sense. For me, 'reports' are written documents on specific subjects: 'Weather reports are released by Air Traffic Control every two hours'. Remember there is a world outside the US. IF the client specified US English (which she does not appear to do) THEN it would be the solution. Otherwise, I would use something more generally known, such as subordinates, team members, the led, etc. Same with dates - in the absence of instructions I always use DDMMYYYY which is used and understood in the whole world except you-know-where. |
