representative of a legal entity/company, which was their client,

Explanation:
Instead of representative, this would be an attorney-in-fact, if they have mentioned or have described a power of attorney.

attorney for a legal person

Explanation:
De acordo com o dicionário Cambridge, "legal person is a company that has full legal rights and responsibilities according to the law".

neutral  Mark Robertson: Your target term is rarely used. It does not appear in Blacks Law Dictionary, Dictionary of Modern Legal Usage, Jowitts Dictionary of English Law and is referred in Burrill's Law Dictionary as "occasional".

-> It's a common confusion because of attorney-at-law, attorney-in-fact. But the thing is, it cannot be simply "attorney", as you mentioned in the discussion.

agent of a corporate client

Explanation:
corporate clients, as in greedy law firms who don't deal in legal aid for poor individual clients, contrasts with private clients and includes clubs, associations and even, in Anglo-Am law, non-corporate partnerships.

Corporate aggregate also contrasts with a corporation sole, like a bishop whose office is an enduring one, despite death of any single incumbent.

-> Picking up on your v. good procurador discussion (see my own ProZ profile) 1. I would have used Counsel instead of agent, plus 2. my practical point is that - at my own ex-law firm in the City - *private* clients had been dropped for *corporate* clients

authorized agent ("procurator"), of a juridical person

Explanation:
Alternate: authorized agent ("procurator"), of a juridical person, which agent has the power to bind his/her/its principal.
Alternate 2: authorized agent ("procurator"), of a legal entity, which agent has the power to bind his/her/its principal.
Internet definition of procurator: an agent representing others in a court of law in countries retaining Roman civil law.
((I think this is too limited -- but so is my time to do Internet research in a matter in which I am expert. I think a procurator has the power to bind in any transaction, e.g. contracts (unless the power is specifically limited in the power of attorney etc.)))
