good until

Explanation:
Since it's a chewing gum and most likely a label, I'd say "good until" or "good thru".

Maybe "use by", too.

Basically, any kind of food "vence" when it's no longer safe to eat/drink/consume them.

Best before end

Explanation:
I have taken this off the bottom of a pack of Tetley Teabags, which is sold in the UK. This phrase is printed on the bottom of the pack, with the rest of the package artwork, and then underneath this phrase there is a printed date and reference number of the product, which seems to have been added afterwards.
I would use this for UK English.

vence [goma de mascar]
best before [chewing gum]

Explanation:
Best before
"Best before" dates appear on a wide range of frozen, dried, tinned and other foods.
"Best before" dates are about quality, not safety. When the date is passed, it doesn't mean that the food will be harmful, but it might begin to lose its flavour and texture. (…)

Use by
You will see "use by" dates on food that goes off quickly, such as smoked fish, meat products and ready-prepared salads.
Don't use any food or drink after the end of the "use by" date on the label, even if it looks and smells fine. This is because using it after this date could put your health at risk. (…)

sell by

Explanation:
Don't know which country 'vence' applies to, but in the case of Brazil, it refers to the date up until which the goods can be legally sold.

Or - 'sell by date'
