Explanation:
This is just based on what I've found in a menu from a Portuguese restaurant and then Dicionário Porto Editora confirms it.....but I myself have never heard of this "pintada" which apparently is only used in European PT. I would venture to say this is the "galinha-de-angola" as it's known in Brazil, but don't quote me on it :)
