I know there are a few options out there for "contrapartida" but I really could not figure whether any of those were suitable, thus I am asking again to make sure I can get the option that best fit the following context.

"Contrapartida são solicitações que podem ser feitas pelas entidades governamentais ou obrigações já existentes que servem como compensação ou condição para a realização e vendo do empreendimento, buscando benefícios para a sociedades civil e os seus membros.
