Olá, estou tentando achar algo que corresponda em inglês aos órgãos específicos singulares dentro dos órgãos públicos. Assim como há os colegiados, há os específicos singulares, mas não consegui achar nada que soasse bem ou não literal. Alguma ideia?

Órgãos Singulares: são aqueles que decidem e atuam por meio de um único agente, o chefe. Os órgãos singulares possuem vários agentes auxiliares, mas sua característica de singularidade é expressa pelo desenvolvimento de sua função por um único agente, em geral o titular.
