For what it's worth, I did searches (using quote marks) and found 766,000 hits for "privileges and benefits" vs. 428,000 for "perks and benefits" -- fully mindful of the unreliability of these numbers. Here's an interesting definition of 'perks':
Robert Half describes employee benefits as a form of non-wage compensation that if not offered, employees would likely have to self-fund, while perks are “nice-to-have additions to an employee's salary and benefits package.” ...
