hazing, staining Explanation: É o mesmo que pôr um véu. Dar um tom, tonalidade, retirando a nitidez, crispness das cores reais. O contrário de de-hazing http://www.wikihow.com/De-Haze-a-Photo-with-GIMP |

accidentally exposed / exposed to light Explanation: Although all chemical film is technically 'exposed' to light so it can capture images, I havde always heard the phrase 'exposed' as in ruined -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 2 hrs (2014-09-10 22:33:01 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- I saw that too, but took it as an explanatory note about the rather obscure term. But thinking about it, exposure cannot be 'obscure' as they are diametrically opposite. Oh what the hell, it's too late for my little old brain. At the end of the day, some twit expoed the unued film to light that did not come through the lens. Oh Shit happens, but it does have a lot of different names. Have a good evening mate. |

Fogging (of film) Explanation: Também ocorre "film fogging", mas é menos frequente. "fogging of film", 47.500 "film fogging", 5.810 vd. link: 1. https://www.google.pt/search?q="fogging of film"&biw=1280&bi... -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 2 hrs (2014-09-10 22:35:56 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Julgo preferível o "fogging" a "over-exposure", porque este último termo (como a "under-exposure") são também técnicas para otimizar/corrigir a fotografia e/ou dar efeitos especiais (nomeadamente na fotografia a preto e branco). |
