Good afternoon/evening,

I am translating a two-page investment account statement from a Brazilian investment firm.
It is exactly in the form of a bank statement; there are two item abbreviations that are quite obvious since they are above the start date and end date of a transaction: Liq Mov[ followed by Histórico Valor Saldo].
Although I certainly understand what it is indicating, I am not sure of the wording in US English for the first two column items.
My thought is: Started / Sent, respectively..
