Hi all,

I am translating an Information Security Policy (PTBR>ENUS)

In the definitions' part, terms such as "Custodiante da Informação" "Proprietário da Informação" and "Usuário" are defined. I know that these are translated as "Data Custodian" "Data Owner" and "User", but when the term "informações custodiadas" shows up throughout the text, I'm not sure what the right/commonly used term would be in English. I thought about "data in custody" or "data held in custody", however, when doing a google search, this combination does not show many hints... So, I decided to ask an expert in the area who might be able to help me out finding the best term. Below is the context:

Usuário: qualquer colaborador, seja ele funcionário, estagiário, cliente, parceiro, fornecedor, prestador de serviço ou terceiro em geral que acessa ou utiliza informações custodiadas ou de propriedade da Companhia.
