Does anyone familiar with the Portuguese IT industry know if this is a specific proper name (i.e. to be translated as Conta Corrente Única Project) or just a general concept?

In the latter case, any suggestions for an English translation? Sorry... no more occurrences or further context in my document. This is all I have to work with.
