I have seen some suggestions in the Kudoz glossary but they were with respect to real estate. So I'm wondering if with respect to this specific type of document (marriage) there would be a very distinct translation for the same? I understand that the idea is of the parties 'granting powers as well as receiving' (there is also a mention of property/asset rights and duties) .Any suggestions?

There is no need to translate the source text word for word, which would be "grantors and grantees reciprocally", as the relationship/transaction between the parties is clear from the body of the deed. Parties is quite sufficient. ""the parties declared to me (...)"
