Hi colleagues,

I came across these terms in the end of a custody document where the parties agreed on the terms of custody of their child. I need to translate them into British English.

The complete sentence is:
"Nestes termos, requerem digne-se V. Exa. homologar o presente acordo, e determinar a extinção do presente feito oficiando-se a distribuição para a respectiva baixa."

I am only in doubt about this part: "distribuição para a respectiva baixa".
