Gostaria de saber a melhor tradução para ACEDER ÀS QUOTAS no seguinte contexto:

"A conclusão da Corte de origem de que o termo aditivo ao contrato de previdência privada - que alterou a redação da cláusula 9.ª, para permitir o reclamante ACEDER ÀS QUOTAS aportadas em sua conta individual-, não pode ser aplicado ao obreiro porque , em seu conjunto , se mostra prejudicial, está em consonância com o disposto nos arts. 194 e 195."

Na verdade não estou entendendo o significado exato de "aceder".

Desde já agradeço-lhes a valiosíssima ajuda!!
