Conveyancing and land (title) registration rules Explanation: Looks like two separate subjects to me - conveyancing 'law' is usually described on the Brtish Isels as conveyancing practice or practical conveyancing. retificação de área: rectification of registered area is what I learned in conveyancing - a term that avoids the divide between US : law of real estate vs. UK: real property (a subject I once had to take, but cut to 'what's that? - there's no such thing!' - my ignorant University-educated English publishing-house work colleagues used to squeal). Property law is ambiguous for both realty and personalty e.g. chattels, goods and money. Not sure about Brazil but a general Land vs- HP (Hire Purchase) Registration Act is unlikely.
