recurso/s de confisco
AmE: motion/s E+W: application/s for confiscation

Explanation:
Scots law: action/s for...

Certainly, in the UK and Oz, there is a procedure literally for 'orders for the confiscation' of the proceeds of crime, besides which a translation of siezure would then cause a double-up with sequestro, sequestration meaning bankruptcy in Scotland and being an uncommon process e.g. for swiping of trade union funds in England + Wales. Query for the latter: attachment or garnishment of a bank a/c.

Example sentence(s):
  • IATE: criminal law (1216) [LAW] COM pt confisco alargado COM en extended confiscation
  • CONFISCATION. The act by which the estate, goods or chattels of a person who has been guilty of some crime, or who is a public enemy, is declared to be forfeited for the benefit of the public treasury.
