positivization of a right / positive law

Explanation:
You should have asked two different questions.

Positivação de um direito = positivization of a right

Section II analyses the positivization of the right of resistance in contemporary constitutions, a necessary paradox for modern constitutional orders (and theory).

Ocorre que, desde a positivação de um direito até a sua realização, engendra-se um embate entre a força orçamentária do Estado e a valoração do direito – em verdade, a valoração da pessoa humana –, a que se denomina, doutrinariamente, reserva do possível.

Direito positivado = Positive law

Positive law is also described as the law that applies at a certain time (present or past) and at a certain place, consisting of statutory law, and case law as far as it is binding. More specifically, positive law may be characterized as "law actually and specifically enacted or adopted by proper authority for the government of an organized jural society.

Positivization is the US spelling, positivisation is the GB spelling.

Notes to answerer
Asker: Yes, I was a bit naughty putting the two terms. I wasn't getting many hits for positivization so I thought positive law might actually be a synonym for direito objetivo - objective law. I'm still not sure to be honest. It's in the area of the right to health.

Asker: Positivation actually seems to be the best term (note spelling) but it came from Oliver in agreement with your positivization (different spelling).
